These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of the Business Launch Page Package service. By availing of the service, the client agrees to the following terms.
1. Service Scope
The Business Launch Page Package includes the creation of a sleek one-page website designed to showcase the client's business, products, and services. The package includes:
- One-page business website
- Mobile-responsive design
- Domain registration for one (1) year
- Website hosting for one (1) year
- Built-in visitor analytics integration using Google Analytics
The website will be developed using a pre-designed template structure to allow fast delivery and consistent quality. Requests for custom development, additional pages, or features beyond the template structure may be subject to additional charges.
2. Delivery Timeline
The website can be launched in as fast as 24 hours after the client has provided all required business information. Required information may include but is not limited to:
- Business name
- Business description
- Logo (if available)
- Products or services offered
- Photos or media assets
- Contact information
- Social media links
- Preferred domain name
Delays in providing the required information may affect the delivery timeline.
3. Domain Registration
- • The package includes one (1) domain registration valid for one year.
- • Domains will be registered through third-party registrars such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, or similar providers.
- • The package covers domain registration up to a maximum cost of ₱1,000.
- • If the selected domain name exceeds ₱1,000, the client will be responsible for paying the additional amount.
Example:
If the domain costs ₱1,350, the client will pay ₱350 for the difference.
Domain pricing and availability are determined by the registrar and may vary depending on domain extension and availability.
4. Hosting
- • The package includes website hosting for one (1) year.
- • Hosting is designed to support normal traffic levels for small business websites.
- • If the website experiences unusually high traffic, defined as exceeding 1,000,000 page views within a single month, the service provider reserves the right to review hosting requirements.
- • In such cases, additional hosting costs or infrastructure upgrades may be required and will be discussed with the client before implementation.
5. Website Content
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete website content. This may include:
- Business description
- Product or service details
- Images or media
- Contact information
- Social media links
The service provider is not responsible for verifying the accuracy or legality of the content provided by the client.
6. Revisions
The package includes one (1) round of minor revisions after the preview is presented. Minor revisions include:
- Text corrections
- Image replacements
- Minor content adjustments
Major redesign requests or structural changes may incur additional charges.
7. Third-Party Services
This service may integrate third-party services including but not limited to:
- Google Analytics
- Domain registrars
- Hosting providers
The service provider is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by these third-party providers.
8. Payment Terms
The service fee for the Business Launch Page Package is ₱6,000. Payments are processed outside of the platform through direct communication with our team. The following describes our service and payment workflow:
Step 1: Preview Preparation
The service provider will first prepare a preview version of the website based on the selected template and the client's provided information. No payment is required at this stage.
Step 2: Preview Review
The preview will be presented to the client for review and approval of the design, layout, and content.
Step 3: Initial Payment (50%)
Once the preview is approved, the client must settle the initial 50% payment (₱3,000) before the technical setup begins.
Step 4: Technical Setup & Launch
After receiving the initial payment, the service provider will proceed with domain registration, hosting configuration, and final website deployment and launch.
Final Payment:
Once the website is live, the remaining 50% balance (₱3,000) must be settled. If the remaining balance is not received within three (3) days, the service provider reserves the right to temporarily deactivate or take down the website until the outstanding balance has been settled.
Note: The initial payment is non-refundable as it covers development work, domain registration, hosting setup, and technical configuration.
9. Renewal After One Year
The package includes domain registration and hosting for one (1) year only. After the first year, renewal fees will apply for:
- Domain renewal
- Hosting services
Renewal pricing may vary depending on domain registrar pricing and hosting requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
The service provider shall not be held liable for:
- Loss of business revenue
- Downtime caused by hosting or domain providers
- Issues arising from third-party services
- Content supplied by the client
The website is provided as a digital tool to help businesses establish an online presence.
11. Right to Refuse Service
The service provider reserves the right to refuse service for businesses that involve:
- Illegal activities
- Fraudulent services
- Harmful or offensive content
- Activities that violate applicable laws
12. Agreement
By availing of the Business Launch Page Package, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
